I decided to use ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy for clear learning objectives and ensure proper evaluation of the training experience through The Kirkpatrick Model. For the first stage, I created a Survey Monkey questionnaire. The second level of evaluation was facilitated through tasks, and quizzes (e.g. multiple choice) during the course. Since the nature of the training required behavioural changes, supervisor reviews were created in addition to current ones that were merged into performance reports. The supervisors had specific behavioural descriptions to write their reviews against.
For this project, I designed the entire course on Articulate Rise 360. All workbooks designed were in Canva Pro and converted into fillable pdfs for participants to complete.
I used videos from actual live training instead of only training from a webinar or a camera facing instruction.
All elements included tasks to ensure assessment and knowledge consolidation.
Articulate Rise 360 offered great elements for an interactive approach to the learning material.
