Coaching Evolution Int'l is my own company. Equipped with all the knowledge an experienced teacher and instructor has, along with intense coaching training and research publications, it was only natural that I would set up my own Academy. This happened in 2011 and ever since then adult education and e-learning has been my back yard. 

I have used almost all adult learning theories and tested every instructional design model there is to ensure the best outcome for my own courses. Some of my favourites are ADDIE, Gagne's Nine Event, Action Mapping ( this a little more than others), Kirkpatrick's Model of Evaluation, Merrill's Principles of Instruction (this also a little more).

On the tech aspect, I have chosen to use the LearnWorlds (click here for more) e-learning platform for all my Academies and I occasionally use Kajabi for a BootCamp (short intensive course). LearnWorlds is SCORM compatible making the creation of courses efficient and with high standards.

Boords (for storyboards)

Lightroom or TezzaApp (to edit my images)

Pixlr

Unsplash (as a free image bank)

and GoCharlie AI to promote my work on social media (click here for more)

For web design, I use Webflow, GoDaddy and Squarespace.

All courses are promoted through my email marketing systems - my favourites are Convertkit and Flodesk.
