We work closely with the L&D department of every organisation to ensure there are no overlaps. For us, designing an in-house Academy is like a work of art. We can take older training material and turn it into an interactive video and use it as part of an evergreen course for your employees. Onboarding, for example, can be pleasant and inserted with games/assessments that will motivate your people to do what is expected of them by going the extra mile.
Your own Academy means you do not have to pay a license for a course - though you may do that if you find a great one - and it means you get to see how things are going with the personal development and learning of each and every person in your organisation.
